Biography

Debbie Webb is the Director of Operations at PDK International, where she oversees the organization’s operational infrastructure and ensures the smooth functioning of core administrative processes. Her areas of responsibility include human resources, payroll and benefits administration, information technology, legal and contractual matters, and the development and management of standard operating procedures.

In addition, Debbie assists with the maintenance and of PDK websites, including those supporting Educators Rising. She also provides project coordination for the Chief Operating Officer and manages the operations and logistics of the Board of Directors on behalf of the Chief Executive Officer.

With more than 40 years at PDK International, Debbie brings extensive institutional knowledge and historical perspective to the organization. Over the course of her tenure, she has served in a variety of roles—including subscription manager, marketing coordinator, and director—gaining a deep understanding of the organization’s evolution and mission. She has witnessed many changes during her time at PDK and is enthusiastic about the organization’s continued focus on advancing its work and impact.

Debbie resides in Indiana and enjoys antiquing and exploring flea markets in her free time.
