Biography

Debbie Webb is Director of Operations at PDK International responsible for the smooth running of the organization’s operating procedures. Her responsibility includes oversight over human resources, payroll and benefits, information and technology, legal, contracts and standard operating procedures. She is also responsible for the upkeep and design of PDK’s various websites including those of Educators Rising. In addition to these responsibilities, she provides project coordination for the Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for the smooth operation of the Board for the Chief Executive Officer.  Having worked for PDK for over 40 years, she is an integral part of the organization and also the keeper of institutional knowledge and history. In her time with the organization she has held positions ranging from subscription manager to marketing coordinator to director. She has seen many changes in the organization during those years and she is excited about PDK’s focus that will move the organization forward. She resides in Indiana and enjoys antiquing and flea markets.
