PDK Mentorship Program

The PDK Mentorship program is designed to benefit aspiring and experienced educators, providing the opportunity to both get support along the teaching journey and  to share experiences. General expectations for personal involvement in the Mentorship program are to have biweekly or monthly meetings between mentors and mentees and regular meetings with a PDK staff member, depending on your availability.

Support, helpful resources, and tips for a successful mentorship experience will be provided to both mentors and mentees. Once you are accepted into the program and matched up with a mentor/mentee, we will send you guidelines and checklists for successful mentorship experience and schedule training sessions with a PDK staff member.

This application form is for the 2019-2020 school year. Please, be aware that applying to the program does not guarantee participation, as the process of matching up mentors with mentees is based on the number of applications and fit.
We look forward to having you on board!
