Biography

Zoe is a senior systems and operations leader with more than a decade of experience partnering with CEOs and C-suite teams to align priorities, manage performance, and drive execution across complex education organizations. A graduate of Indiana University, she began her career at DC Public Schools, supporting strategic and operational coordination across budgeting, planning, and team performance. At DC Public Education Fund, she led strategy and coordination for district-wide grantmaking initiatives and targeted partnerships, and oversaw execution of Standing Ovation, the Fund’s premier 2,000-person teacher recognition event. Prior to joining PDK, Zoe served as Deputy Chief Program Officer at XQ Institute, working to transform high school so every student graduates ready for the world they’re entering—prepared to thrive in college, career, and life.

Zoe lives in Washington, DC with her husband. When she’s not cooking for friends, she’s usually deep in a mystery thriller or plotting her next beach escape.
