Established in 1906, PDK International is a non-profit organization that supports teachers and school leaders by strengthening their interest in the profession through the entire arc of their career.

At its October 2024 board meeting, the PDK Interational board adopted a new strategic plan, with a new set of core values, an updated vision & mission, and three strategic goals.

We will help to eliminate the teacher shortage by cultivating the next generation of educators while supporting the professional needs of teachers and school leaders through programs that sustain the success and financial viability of PDK International as a leader in the education sector.
  2. Seek new opportunities for growth. We will seek strategic growth opportunities to amplify our mission with new products and services.
  3. Cultivate PDK International as a great place to work. Create a thriving organizational culture aligned with our values, vision, and mission.
